Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we’ve got you covered with our simple return policy.
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original condition and packaging for returns to be accepted.
12-Month Manufacturer Warranty:
All our products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. If you experience any issues with a product due to manufacturing defects or faults within this period, please contact us right away. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue for you.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, simply contact us at contact@ki100.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
Return Shipping:
- If your product is defective or we’ve made an error with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
Return Processing:
Once we receive the returned product, we’ll inspect it and process the return. If the return meets our policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Exclusions:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase are not eligible for return.
- Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Products:
